What Hubi is

Hubi is a place to find homes and land listed by agents. Hubi is not an agent, does not own the properties and is not part of any sale or rental. Any deal is between you and the agent or owner.

Checks and badges

A “Verified agent” badge means Hubi has checked the agent’s identity and office. It does not mean Hubi has visited the property or checked its title deed, price or condition. Before paying any money, see the property or send someone you trust, and check the title with the local land office.

For agents

• Only post properties you have the right to sell or rent, with a true price, location and photos.
• Mark a listing sold or removed as soon as it is no longer available.
• Do not post photos you do not have permission to use.
• Posting is free while Hubi launches. We will tell you before any fees start.
• We may edit, hide or remove a listing, or close an account, that breaks these rules or that buyers report as false.

For buyers

Use the site for finding property only. Do not copy listings or agent details in bulk, or contact agents with spam.

Liability

Listings come from agents and Hubi cannot guarantee they are accurate or available. To the extent the law allows, Hubi is not responsible for losses from a deal you make with someone you found on the site.
